2. Our Services
INDOTREX provides website development, Shopify and WordPress development, eCommerce, mobile app development, custom software, UI/UX design, business automation, and CRM/ERP solutions. The scope, timeline, and price of each project are defined in a written proposal or agreement.
3. Quotes, Payments and Timelines
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
- Payment milestones and amounts are set out in the project agreement; work may be paused for overdue payments.
- Timelines depend on timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client.
- Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, content, and access needed for the project, and confirm they own or have rights to all materials supplied to us.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created for the client transfers to the client. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and third-party or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information shared during the engagement.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. Third-party platforms, hosting, and tools are outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or sales outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, INDOTREX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy its content without permission. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
